Hi all.
I have just ordered exante. I am not sure how motivated I am currently! Although,
I have had previous succes with LL and SW and hope this diet works for me..... Im OK while on the diets, it after 'finishing the diet' that I start to struggle.

Hi Rainbow, I was the same. Ordered my packs but thought I might not actually start it as not in right frame of mind or very motivated. Found once they turned up though that I wanted to start :) Good luck x

Yeah Im sure that once it arrives I'll feel more motivated to start. I did LL in 2009 and it really worked and I stuck to it to the letter, the results were worth it. I lost around three and a half stone in 11 weeks, then went on holiday, off plan and then off the rails!
How are you two finding it? Do you have shakes, soups or a mixture? any flavours that you prefer/hate?
How comes you changed from Cambridge Jubbly?

I prefer some of the shakes, esp chocolate and vanilla, they are much thicker and more "milkshaky" however I don't like strawberry and it's annoying that you can't really pick which flavours you want with the bumper pack. I have only ordered shakes as I know I didn't like the soups on Cambridge so haven't bothered this time either. I have had a chocolate orange bar and liked it however am going to stick to liquids only this time which will hopefully speed up weight loss.

The main reason I changed was the cost. I was also returning to the same CDC I had always had when I did Cambridge tge 2nd time and she lived in Suffolk when I had moved to Essex! It was therefore becoming a bit ridiculous to travel over an hour to get packs and be weighed! At least no travelling required this time but I think I'm gonna miss the weekly weigh-in. Still yet to complete a week but the principle is pretty much exactly the same as Cambridge. x

I didnt care for the LL soups, so I didnt order them! How far in dya think you'll need to order your next pack? are they quite speedy on delivery, cos it'd be awful to end up being short of shakes for a couple of days.
I'll have to see which ones I like (if they have banana I cant imagine Id like it and I wont like vanilla I wouldnt have thought - so we'll have to see if we could swap some with one another - it wouldnt cost much to post and would be better than 'wasting' them) just a thought, I'll see which I prefer/can stomach!

I weigh-in on Thursdays, always have done. First thing with no clothes on and after a wee!

The delivery was really quick however of course it's in the day like everything else and they don't think that people actually work!! I therefore had to get them to come out again and drop the shakes off in the shed!

I thought I'd hate vanilla but it's my 2nd fav after chocolate. Banana is much like the Cambridge one I reckon, nice with hot water. Swapping is an awesome idea however is forbidden on this site (not sure why?).

Some people do TS, just shakes/soups and some people do WS/SS which has a low carb meal added. x

Lukily Im on Easter Holidays for 2 weeks (the upside of being a teacher!) so I'll be in with any luck. I have a neighbour with eagle eye vision, so she will no doubt take them in if needs be!
Im going to do total meal replacement - I now cant wait actually!

Hello and welcome rainbow. Good luck as you get started on Exante. I did LL like you, a few years ago, I lost about 5 stone, but put on quite a bit of that when I had my little girl. Back on Exante now, have lost all the weight I gained, and now trying to complete this journey - as you say, the next bit though - trying to keep it off is what comes next! Welcome to our merry band here, good luck as you get started :)

Thanks Cybil. Its always nice to know you're not alone on your journey isn't it.... and mines been a very backwards and forwards journey, but I will get there!

When I did LL I had one bar a day and 3 chocolate shakes a day - not much variety for me lol! x

Well my stuff came today and I was out..... but as anticipated eagle eye neighbour took delivery!
So I start tomorro - yay! x

Thanks you guys. Yup Ive tried my hardest to drink plenty water.... not hard in this heat anyway! Have had vanilla so far,and it wasn't bad. Dont think its as sweet as LL, but still fine x
