Hi I'm Martin was a member many many years ago (computer cant find me ) i had some success on the cambridge diet but piled it all back on again, i have tried slimming world weight watchers back to slimming world and now i am on day three of Exante
I'm the heaviest i have ever been i believe, don't actually know what i weigh

so the Me is Back Again but for the Last Time !!

Good luck with it all; I'm in a similar position having had success with LighterLife in the past only to get complacent ( and fat!) Again! Like the ' for the last time' bit- deffo the right attitude, best of luck
