Have started xen on Tuesday 12/07 lunch time, using mfp and 1800 cal. I have about 25kgs to loose. No accidents so far!!

My biggest issue is that I have one good day and then stab myself in the foot the next day by eating over my cals.

Which normally means my weight stays the same...

I go to a Zumba class 2-3 times a week too if I can.

I also suffer from a lack of sleep due to 2 small ones who like waking in the night, so feel tired most of the day.

Welcome. Xenical will really help. I feel for you with your children. My eldest son was great but the 2 girls after that were hell!
My husband and I spent 8 years bed hopping! We never knew if we would wake up next to each other or not ignore anyone who says controlled sleeping techniques work . Until you've had kids who want to rewrite the rules they can't know what its like. But you do get there . When they're teenagers they dint want to get out of their pits si you get to catch up then :)
Just dont let being tired make you eat crap

Welcome to Xenical, you've only been using it for a few days, so maybe you just need to relax a bit more into it. Are you using the two rules of Xenical? If you doing things right, you should still be able to eat and enjoy food as you did before.

At first it's probably a good idea to follow the fat rules and not so much of the cals...it helps :)

Hi, just a quick hello. Can totally relate to the lack of sleep, I've 4 children (2 youngest being 7) and we still wake up with one of them in the middle of us some nights!

Today was having a good day So far now all went down hill, went to my sister in laws for dinner (last min thing) all cooked in loads oil, plus extra oil on salad... With healthy chips cooked in oven not fried.

So way over cals plus over fat grams tooo .. Possibly only funny thing forgot my little blue tablet so haven't taken it... So maybe won't get bad side effects.

Bring on tomorrow :)

Do bare in mind hun, that Xenical is in your system for up to 72 hours after your last tablet...so to avoid the tango, it has be stopped within that time limit. It might not effect you though, we're all different :)

Hmmm tummy is a bit rumbly lol so might just sit on the throne a while..

I always feel down when I have 2 bad days in a row..

Love the mfp app! It has so much of what is available at the supermarket when your adding the food items. So much better than others out there :) think it will be a great help.

Had a good day today, within cals and fat and just off to a Zumba class. Yay me!!!

1st week on xenical and Just did weigh in lost 1kg (2.2lbs) really pleased.. Didn't think it would be as much as that because of the fact was over my cals most of the week!!

I am hoping that if I do better this week with my cal intake and zumba classes I can loose more next week :)

Have got my partner to agree to a night out with out kids once I loose 5 kgs! That is a good motivator for me :)

Another great zumba class tonight!

Which helps with the toast binge I had today... It was cold and I wanted a warm snack! Hot butter toast yummy! But so not good for me :(

Will spend some time on my throne tonight!

I tend to spend a bit of time on the "throne" lol. I am always in my calories allowance, but just sometimes pick the wrong foods especially on a sunday, which is my weigh in treat day!! I can sympathise with the sleepless nights, my kids have always been terrible sleepers!!

Zumba class 3 x times this week.. Love it love it!!

Had to make some brownies with raisins today.. So that was dinner... The zumba class ment I broke even today with my cals.. Bit over my fat intake.. But hohum

Oh well weighed in today.. Have had a better week.. More exercise.. More water (less sleep as we all have had colds).. But forgot to take my tablets with me yesterday so missed lunch and dinner (not sure if that would have made much of a difference tho)

So have gained about 400g (0.88lbs) :(

Prob didn't help that had big drink of water in the middle of the night..

So will weigh myself again tomorrow.. And see if any difference..

Mood has improved since this morning!! Walked for almost an hour.. And just been to a Zumba class... Prawn salad with satsuma and yogurt dressing.. for dinner. So has been a good day.. Sure the little bit I gained will come off just need to be a bit more dedicated :)

Oh gosh!! Just seen how many fat grams are in a mini croissant... Way tooo much!! I ate 3 today over the whole day.. Not going there again, no wonder my tummy feels bloated and yuck!

Going for a walk now.. Damage control :(
