Meal and Sanack Ideas

    Going into week 2 and running outta ideas.
    Heres what i'v been having-
    1) white fish with extra virgin olive oil chopped onions paprika salt & peppered to taste baked in oven with steamed Brocolli
    2) Lean Beef stir fry
    3)Chicken stir fry (brocolli, cabbage, carrots, onions etc..)
    4)Tuna steak salad.
    5)Lean mince (cant remember reciepe but was nice low carb one)
    6)deviled Eggs with salad

    celery with spoon of cottage cheese
    30g pistachio
    BabyBell (x1)
    Boiled Egg
    Slice of ham

    Keep looking on Net for more receipes but when your feeding a family at the same time some of the receipes aren't practical.
    Been on Cs web site and I just dont fancy a majority of them. :(

    Can you have an Omlette?? if so what can you have in one. Had a craving for one all day LOL :D

    Ooops shud ave read " Meal and Snacks " not Sanacks lol
