Meal times!!

Hi all

I'm allowed 4 meals due to being over 5' 8" just wondered when do you fit em all In is there any particular times u find it best to have em?

I do 1 pack when I get up around 7:15.
1 pack at 1, 1 pack at 5 and 1 pack at 9.

I find that when I do it like that I have my last pack about 1 hour before I go to bed so I'm not feeling like I've got hours without anything.

I have a bar around 1pm, a soup around 6-half 6 and then a hot choc mint shake about half 8. In between I drink lots of water. I know not everyone agrees with this but I do have 1 can of coke zero per day (at lunch time) as I find that helps me.

I'm having 4 at the moment, I get up 5.30ish and have a shake when I get to work at 8, I try to push it to 9 if I can, next one between 12-1.30, next one is like an afternoon snack (a habit i should prob break) between 2-3 then the last one is "dinner" at about 6-6.30 xx
 
Thank you guys :) wanna spread em out because I am a "evening muncher" lol will see how I go :) defo gonna have one later in evening tho xx
