To be honest, I don't know what I was to start with so I'd have to rough guess! Oh by the way, does anyone know where to measure the waist? I've heard it's between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the hips? Or, where you bend down and it causes a crease? I'm like....which one!? :D

In two weeks, 1.5" off everywhere :D
Have to say, go all of you - great loses! :D

To measure your true waist, its the bit where you go in the most (usually) - simples :D - generally this is in a line with the very top of your belly button (not always though, if for eg you have a very long torso, this could be an inch or so above your belly button - but for most people it will just graze the top of your belly button.)
