    Would someone be able to tell me points for the following please on the new ProPlan:

    Chicken breast, skinless
    Chicken Leg
    Chicken Thigh
    Slice of Roast Chicken (for Sunday Dinner -yum yum!)

    Salmon Fillet

    Lean Beef Mince
    Beek Steak - eg Sirloin / Rump etc

    chicken breast med 130g = 3pp
    chicken leg, skinless, raw - 3 pp per 100g
    chicken thigh, skinless, boneless, raw = 4 pp ,individual (approx 85g)
    salmon fillet, raw = 6 pp 130g fillet
    lean beef mince = 6 pp per 125g
    sirloin= 7 pp per 225g steak
