    I've been doing SW for 1 month. I have STS for my last 3 weigh ins, i would like some feedback on my food diary...
    April 21st, Green Day.
    Breakfast: 6 Brazil nuts & 2 Peaches (had to eat on the go).
    Teabreak: Banana, Muller light, Fibre plus bar (HexB)
    Lunch: 208g Baxters Veg Spicy Parsnip soup, 42g Tesco low fat cheddar (HexA) Apple, Mandarin orange.
    Dinner: stir-fry (made with Fry light) flavoured with Soy sauce, contained: mushrom, red, green & yellow pepper, onion, red cabbage & 2 chopped Quorn sausages.
    Snacks: Salad containing chopped egg, lettuce, onion, beetroot, peppers. Muller Light yogurt.
    Syns: brazil nuts (6), helmanns extra light mayo 2 level tablespoons (1), Another Fibre plus bar milk choc (5.5) Total: 12.5
    Drinks: Coke zero, Sprite zero, coffee with semi skimmed milk (HexA).

    I should have said the Spicy Parsnip soup was HexB :)

    Diary for April 27th. Extra Easy Day.
    Pasta
    150g Tesco Fresh Italian Neopolitan Pasta Sauce (forgive the spelling mistake) 4 syns.
    2 Quorn Sausages.
    Mullerlight limited edition mixed berry.
    2 Apples
    2 Pears
    1 Banana
    1 baby orange.
    1 Alpen Light Double choc (3 syns)
    42g low fat tesco cheddar (HEx A)
    3 Ryvita Multigrain (HEx B)
    Coffee with dash milk & Splenda sweetener (1 syn)
    Strawberries.
    Diet Coke
    Water
    Total syns: 8
    I should probably add that this is a day working a shift pattern for me, so I'm not working until the Evening time & wouldn't be up too early in the morning.
    No body magic today.
    Any thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Hi folks :-D Here's today's offerings: Extra Easy Day, April 28th 2011.
    2 Quorn sausages
    Fried egg (using Fry Lite)
    1 slice Hovis wholemeal nimble from 400g loaf (2.5 syns).
    Pepsi Max
    Coffee with Splenda sweetener & dash of milk (1 syn).
    Fresh pineapple.
    Apple
    Banana
    Muller light yogurt (limited edition mixed berry).
    3 Ryvita Multigrain (HEx B)
    28g Cheddar (HEx A)
    Alpen light bar (3 syns).
    Melon.

    No body magic today, due to odd working hrs.
    I have lost 1 lb this week :-D
    Also probably worth mentioning is i am due my monthly within a day, so that might alter my weight loss :-s

    May 1st 2011, extra easy. Dreaded STAR week, day 1, feeling like a dog on sandpaper (rough) lol.
    Sooo...i've set myself a challenge of doing May totally on-plan! Wat can i say i like torturing myself lol.
    Rite! Food:
    Apple
    Strawberries
    Banana
    Orange
    Mullerlight mandarin Yogurt
    Boiled potatoes
    2 x Quorn sausages
    28g Cheddar (HEx A)
    Fibre Plus bar ( HEx B)
    3 x Coffee, dash of Milk (1.5 syns)
    Baked beans
    2 x Hovis wholemeal Nimble slices (400g loaf) (5syns)
    1 bourbon cream biscuit (3 syns)
    Total syns: 9.5
    I aso wasn't eating before 2pm as i felt unwell.

    Onion
    Cucumber
    4 x Quorn ham style slices.
    Tesco light choices Creamy Mushroom Pasta (1.5 syns)
    Coke Zero.
    Water.
    Bourbon cream biscuit (3 syns).
    Total syns: 7.5
    No gym tonight, but on my feet all day at work, so off for a bath now, then sort my food out & bed.

    Half a Melon
    2 Peaches
    Uncle Bens Basmati express rice (2 syns)
    2 Quorn sausages
    Baked beans

    Dash of non HEx A milk (0.5 syns).
    Total syns: 7
    Body Magic 1 hr Zumba :)

    Robinsons no added sugar orange & pineapple squash.

    Body Magic: 6 mile bike ride, half hour session on Wii Fit

    Greetings earthlings :-D Forgive the lateness of this post, i've been working this afternoon.

    Today's munchies were as follows: Extra Easy.

    Coffee x 2 with milk (1 syn) & Splenda sweetener.
    2 x apples
    1/4 of Melon
    1 pear
    Muller light yogurts x 3
    3 x Ryvita sunflower seeds & oat crispbreads (HEx B)
    3 x Mini Babybel Light (HEx A)
    Another 2 apples
    another pear
    Coke Zero
    Pasta
    Tesco Italian fresh tomato sauce 150g (4 syns).
    Alpen Light cereal bar (3 syns)
    Peas
    1.5L water.
    Total syns: 8
    Body magic: 3K run this morning & my job is pretty active.

    This may not seem like alot, but i am currently working odd hours, so i am not awake until noon (ish), then i begin work 4pm for a 10.5 hour shift. When i get home after work i wouldn't really eat (maybe a yogurt or some fruit), so most of my eating during these days is done during my working hours.
    Do you think this will affect my weight loss? Any thoughts/advice appreciated.

    This is my 10th 100% day in a row, go me! lol.
    Ok i'm at work so i better get straight to it:
    Food:
    Coffee x 2 with dash milk & splenda sweetener (1 syn).
    Boiled egg
    2 x Hovis wholemeal nimble bread slices (400g loaf) (HEx B)
    Strawberries
    2 Apples
    Salad: cucumber, peppers, lettuce, boiled egg, 2 x level tbspoons light mayo (4 syns), sweetcorn, onion, spring onion.
    1.5L water
    Tayto advantage crisps (4.5 syns)
    Quarter of Melon
    More strawberries
    Banana
    250ml Semi skimmed milk (HEx A).
    Muller light yogurt x 2

    Total syns: 9.5
    Body magic: on my feet at work. Then bootcamp rule - marching up & down stairs holding cans of beans!! lmao

    Hi Megs, your food diary looks great to me. Well done on staying 100% for so long - I had a blowout last Saturday so trying to make up for it this week. :( Shouldn't really beat myself up cos its the only time I've been really off plan in 10 wks and it was only 1 day. Wish I had your willpower, lol.

    I believe that it makes no difference what time you eat - if it did then nightshift workers would never lose any weight! Its WHAT you eat that matters so keep up the good work hun.

    wow, 10 weeks on plan, i wish i had your will power :-D
    i reckon 1 day off plan after such a long being so disciplined is probably the least you deserve x.
    And hey as you long as you get back on the horse right :)
    I am hoping you are correct about the nightshift thing, it is abit new to me, i am covering for a colleague who has gone travelling.
    Straight to bed tonight when i get home (after the stair marching thing lol) then gym tomorrow!
    It has taken me a long time to get myself settled on plan, although i had no gains i had ALOT of staying the same. So i am hoping to see a loss this week, fingers crossed :)
    I need to stop & get some supplies tomorrow (shopping sucks on nightshift! lol) so i can keep on plan over the weekend.

    Body magic: 20 min crosstrainer session, stair marching Boot camp rules lol.
