    I'm not really a big eater. I just binge on treats and chocolate! I don't really eat breakfast but am going to try my best to eat it.

    This will be my first day working from my old book. Going tonight to re-join!

    Monday 29th December Green

    Breakfast

    Lunch
    Jacket Potato
    Baked Beans
    Cheese (HexA)

    Tea
    (Omelet)
    Eggs
    Bacon (HexB)
    Onion
    Tomato
    Red Capsicum
    Cheese (HexA)
    Olive Oil (HexB)
    Dash of Soy Sauce (free?)

    Snacks
    Pear
    3 Plums

    Supper (don't normally have this but was hungry)
    Jacket Potato
    Baked Beans

    Drinks
    Sugar-free fizzy (I don't drink tea or coffee)

    looks like a good start mel .. well done with getting on track again ! I would try some kind of breakfast though , like you i dont bother but i have been having a small cereal and its helped my loss good luck

    I know and do try but I just don't fancy eating till gone 2. I always have a late lunch and always hungry after tea that's why I snack so much. Stems from working nights a short while ago I think.

    2 slices wholemeal bread HEXB

    Fruit and vlf natural yoghurt

    Jacket Potato and Beans

    Frittata Pizza (nov/dec 08 pg71). Cheese used as HEXA
    Syn Free Chips
    Wholemeal bread roll
