I'm not really a big eater. I just binge on treats and chocolate! I don't really eat breakfast but am going to try my best to eat it.

This will be my first day working from my old book. Going tonight to re-join!

Monday 29th December Green

looks like a good start mel .. well done with getting on track again ! I would try some kind of breakfast though , like you i dont bother but i have been having a small cereal and its helped my loss good luck

I know and do try but I just don't fancy eating till gone 2. I always have a late lunch and always hungry after tea that's why I snack so much. Stems from working nights a short while ago I think.
