    Dinner
    Chicken Casserole and 2 Small Pototoes (6)


    Went down hill then
    Chrisps (1)
    Pop Corn(1)
    2 Small Chocolate Bars (4)
    2 x Brown Bread with butter and Jam (4)
    Almond Nuts (1)
