    So, I already have a food diary but I wanted to make a weight loss diary for day to day life other than food, and to keep a track on my weight loss and general ups and downs on the road.
    I'm a semi-active person trying to get myself to be more active. I have two dogs (Collies - Tie in well with the username!) and I try to walk them for at least an hour a day. In the winter they get far more walks (Last winter we had lovely 6 hour walks at times.), they just don't cope well with the heat! :(

    Otherwise I have started to walk to places more instead of getting a lift off the OH, I've also been happier with myself and been taking better care of myself. (You'll see what I mean at the end of this post where I will add photos.) I go out of my way to clean and tidy - Even when I don't need to. (Apart from the dishes. I hate the dishes.) just to work on more body magic.

    We bought a treadmill. I need to use it more. We also have an exercise bike (Borrowing off a friend - She needs the room for a crib so it was win win, haha).
    My goal is now to do half an hour a day on the bike, an hour of dog walking, and 500 steps on the steepest option on the treadmill to help strengthen my knees. (I hope that this will go up as I lose more weight.)

    Ideally the end weight I want to get to is between 10 stone and 11 stone 12 lbs. (This is the healthy weight for my height according to a BMI chart) I'll see how I go, though. It may alter along the way.

    Since I'm so large I also have a goal of saving £50 a month (£600 a year) to end up paying for skin removal surgery and a tummy tuck. And if I don't need it we just have a nice rainy day fund!

    But yeah, been large for most of my life.. I want to get that sorted finally! And what a better way to do it than with Slimming world? :)

    So yeah, this first page will be edited weekly to add in my current weight and I will also edit photos in to show how much I have currently lost.

    23/12/14 - 20st 12.5lbs. - 4st 13.5 lbs loss (69.5lbs)

    So yeah, this is me and my weight loss diary. To keep on track and know what I am and am not doing right. :D

    Today I have walked the dogs for 20 min (In the morning - they got too hot so that's why it was short)
    I have also gone on the exercise bike for 15 mins.
    I hope the dogs will want to walk in the evening. They have seem so tired lately with the heat. :(

    Going to rip up the carpet after I've prepared dinner, so that will be fun! We're completely redoing our house so that gets me some more body magic, as well. ;) :D

    Past few days have been kept on track with the exercise. :) Possibly been doing 10 min extra on the exercise bike. I need to get some loose shorts or trousers though because my jeans really rub my legs when I'm on it!

    With the rain lately the dogs have also been out more, so hurray. :) Fingers crossed I have a good loss on tuesday! I really want 3.5lbs off to get my goal of club 10 before my birthday.. (thursday) But I guess I will have to wait and see. I somehow doubt I've made that.

    WI tomorrow. I've kept under 15 syns each day apart from the birthday so I honestly have no idea how the scales will be.
    Star week has also decided to bless my presence so I doubt that will be helpful!

    I've been keeping up with body magic (some days more than others) so I hope that the scale fairy will be smiling tomorrow, lol!

    Feeling a tad nervous now. I always feel like this on tuesdays, though!
    I also got a friend to join last week and I feel nervous for her, too.
    Going to go on the treadmill for some body magic in a sec.. try cram more in haha ;)
