I'm a semi-active person trying to get myself to be more active. I have two dogs (Collies - Tie in well with the username!) and I try to walk them for at least an hour a day. In the winter they get far more walks (Last winter we had lovely 6 hour walks at times.), they just don't cope well with the heat! Otherwise I have started to walk to places more instead of getting a lift off the OH, I've also been happier with myself and been taking better care of myself. (You'll see what I mean at the end of this post where I will add photos.) I go out of my way to clean and tidy - Even when I don't need to. (Apart from the dishes. I hate the dishes.) just to work on more body magic. We bought a treadmill. I need to use it more. We also have an exercise bike (Borrowing off a friend - She needs the room for a crib so it was win win, haha). My goal is now to do half an hour a day on the bike, an hour of dog walking, and 500 steps on the steepest option on the treadmill to help strengthen my knees. (I hope that this will go up as I lose more weight.) Ideally the end weight I want to get to is between 10 stone and 11 stone 12 lbs. (This is the healthy weight for my height according to a BMI chart) I'll see how I go, though. It may alter along the way. Since I'm so large I also have a goal of saving £50 a month (£600 a year) to end up paying for skin removal surgery and a tummy tuck. And if I don't need it we just have a nice rainy day fund! But yeah, been large for most of my life.. I want to get that sorted finally! And what a better way to do it than with Slimming world? So yeah, this first page will be edited weekly to add in my current weight and I will also edit photos in to show how much I have currently lost. Whoohoo 07/09/2014 - 22st 4lbs (50lbs off) another mum request lol. 09/10/2014 - 21st 9lbs (59 lbs lost) 23/12/14 - 20st 12.5lbs. - 4st 13.5 lbs loss (69.5lbs) So yeah, this is me and my weight loss diary. To keep on track and know what I am and am not doing right.
