I went out to lunch today with my best friend, and I had a toasted ham, cheese and onion on brown bread.

I've had all of those in the past month, apart from melted cheese.

My stomach hurt for about 4 hours after.
Have I become intolerant to it?

No trumpeting at all. It was lower down, around the belly button area. It lasted around 4 hours and then just disappeared on its own when I had dinner.
    I'm stumped.. lol

Possibly colic from the oil in the cooked cheese, or from gulping air whilst eating it when too hot.
