I am starting Lighter life tomorrow and am aware Men tend to lose weight quicker than women. I know it all depends on the individual but I was hoping some male users of Lighter Life would put there weight loss stats up so I can see what is possible. Thanks, Mr Creosote.

    Yo mr C

Mine are in my stats below - I think I've lost very quickly though so don't be disappointed if your loss is slightly less. Most guys in group lose 3-5 lb per week after the first couple of high losses.

My only exercise is walking daily 20 mins - 1.5hrs depending on available time.

Hope this is what you were after.

For the first month I lost 6lbs a week, steadily.
After that it dropped to around 4lbs a week for a few more months, now if I have a good week I'll lose around 2 or 3lbs.

I go to the gym 4 times a week for an hour each time

    Good luck with it! :)

I started Feb 10, lost 13.5lb in the first week and on average have lost 4-6 lb p/week from there on, in just over 3 months I've lost 5 stone all but 1 pound. The results are amazing.

If only MrC!!! You will out run the girls in the losses pretty quickly, be happy with that. They'll soon be not talking to you in a nice way like we from January tend to 'humph' Sean after his amazingly fantastic journey and now Bigboy's catching up at an alarming rate. It's just a girl thing.

I saw two men yesterday and they were obviously not enjoying following their wives around the shop I was in. Both were very large, sweating, puffing and moving very slowly, and I just so wanted to shout at them that they could do something about it and get their lives back, discover Lighter Life and Mini Mins and see for real what actual people can do for themselves!!! 'I can show you true stories that I have watched!! Look at Sean and Pete and Mark and Andy and how they've changed!!!!' But you just don't do that do you. Not to people in the street. :sigh:
