I have recently joined weight watchers (again!) & thought I’d jump in and start a food diary…
My first week went really well & I lost 6lb, the second week was going ok up until the weekend – which was a bit of a train wreck… I have been back on track now for a couple of days, but think keeping a log on here will help me in staying focused.. Fingers crossed

- Clementine x2
Mid Afternoon (1.5pts)
- Mango, pineapple & papaya frozen smoothie mix
- Apple Juice
Dinner (5.5pts)
- Whole wheat pasta (small portion)
- Chorizo
- Black olives
- Mushrooms
- Cherry tomatoes
- Dolmio light tomato stir in pasta sauce (1/2 tub)
Supper (1.5pts)
- Sugar free jelly
- WW Strawberry & vanilla ice cream pot
