    Good evening..

    I have recently joined weight watchers (again!) & thought I’d jump in and start a food diary…

    My first week went really well & I lost 6lb, the second week was going ok up until the weekend – which was a bit of a train wreck… I have been back on track now for a couple of days, but think keeping a log on here will help me in staying focused.. Fingers crossed

    Here goes today…

    Food Log: Tuesday 12 Feb

    Breakfast (3.5pts)
    - Oats so simple w/ skimmed milk
    - Honey (drizzle)
    - Skimmed milk for tea

    Mid Morning (0pts)
    - Butternut Squash soup

    Lunch (4pts)
    - Ham sandwich w/ tomato & sandwich spread (50/50 crustless bread)
    - Alpen light bar
    - Clementine x2

    Mid Afternoon (1.5pts)
    - Mango, pineapple & papaya frozen smoothie mix
    - Apple Juice

    Dinner (5.5pts)
    - Whole wheat pasta (small portion)
    - Chorizo
    - Black olives
    - Mushrooms
    - Cherry tomatoes
    - Dolmio light tomato stir in pasta sauce (1/2 tub)

    Supper (1.5pts)
    - Sugar free jelly
    - WW Strawberry & vanilla ice cream pot
