Owl menu help please

Hi all, I am starting with OWL as I don't have much to lose and today is my second day. I have a friend ( and regular here - seraphine) who is helping too.

B whey protein shake made with half milk and cream with berries.

S atkins bar

L salmon fillet, salad leaves and lemon mayo
S salted cashews ( ate the whole bag oops)

D pesto pan fried chicken, crispy pepperoni and salad leaves with oil and vinegar dressing

Drinks coffee x3, 1 litre of water; 1 can of diet coke

Any thoughts. If I ask seaphine again she may kill me!
 
Even though you are starting with owl not induction - would still recommend you avoid the bars or nly have v occasionally:). Keep an eye open for anything where you cant control what you eat like the cashews - they may be a trigger food. A bit more tricky as you are starting inowl:)

No I won't! I promise! Ask any time :) (although the folks here are a fantastic resource too!)
