Menu help

I'm going out next week for a meal - it'll be day 4 or 5 of my refeed.

I've looked at the menu: Zizzi | Great Italian Food, Organic, Gluten Free, Fresh Local Ingredients and can't decide if I should have a superfood salad or a skinny pizza... I know you're allowed 1 pita bread on day 4 onwards so some bread will be ok.

anyone got any idea?

Also anyone know if it'll make any difference if it's on my day 4 or on day 5 of the refeed?
 
Hi and.... personally I`d opt for the salad... if it was me i`d want to eat ALL of the pizza and that would be a lot of carbs in your system... as I imagine it will be a whole pizza not just a slice?
Plus its wholemeal pitta isnt it? not white or perhaps I`m wrong there... I`ve been ahving wholemeal anyway as not a lot of nutrition in white if any tbh. Stick with the salad... Italian food is laden in carbs usually. Hope all goes well hun xx
 
The salad has dough balls... I suppose I will lhave to try to only have 1-2.. That will be HARD!!!

Lets hope everyone else wants to eat my balls.
