Just thought I would post my menu for this week and see if you can comment and let me know if it looks ok, I am doing ee plan, thanks, oh and please criticise if it is not good as I would appreciate it too.
Mon
B- Mango and melon smoothie made with skimmed milk hxA, got wi first thing.
L- BP with beans and salad
D- Chinese prawn and noodle stirfry
Tues
B- Porridge hxB made with skimmed milk hxA with sliced banana
L- sw quiche with salad
D- chilli and lemon chicken escalopes with new potatoes and veg
Wed
B- poached eggs on toast, brown bread hxB
L- home made tattie soup
D- risotto primavera with tuna steak
Thurs
B- weetabix crunchy bran with natural yogurt and sliced banana
L- home made tattie soup
D- lamb shish kebabs with spicy rice and salsa
Fri
B- weetabix crunchy bran with natural yogurt and sliced banana
L- spicy couscous salad with roast chicken
D- chicken pasta salad
Sat
B- omlette and beans
L- home made lentil soup
D- buffet for hubbys 40th
Sun
B- bacon, eggs, mushrooms, sautee potatoes, beans and toast hxB
L- home made lentil soup
D- roast chicken, hm roast potatoes, sweetcorn, swede and carrot mash, mash potatoes.
Most of the dinner meals are out of the magazine. I will be having fruit for snacks too and will have my calcium with yogurts for pudding.
