Good Evening Ladies,
can I please ask how many syns in a merangue nest?

also reading a diary, it mentions mug shots - what are these? Are they free??

I think they are like a pasta in a pot type thing. You empty the packet into a mug and add hot water - unless they have started making a low fat version I don't think they are free.

Had a look for you - Tomato & Herb is free, all others are 2 syns apart from cheese and ham varient which is 3.5 syns.
An average meringue nest is 3 syns too.

I am sure the chicken varieties are also free (plain chicken and chicken chow mein). They are like cup a soups so you will find then in the soup aisle at the supermarkts

It didn't mention those varieties on the website - I like anything cheese and brocolli, shame they don't do a syn free version in these lol

you can have the cheese and broccoli pasta and sauce! Not that cheesey though!

Would they be near the Batchelors Pasta & Sauce? Are these free on green days?

Not all Batchelors Pasta and Sauce are free on a green day - however the following are if made just with water:
Bolognese
Chicken and Mushroom
Chicken and Roasted Garlic
Creamy Chicken and Herb
Creamy Tikka Masala
Mild Cheese and Broccoli
Mushroom and Wine
Tomato, Onion and Herb

and the macaroni cheese one is just 1 syn on a green day

I mix two packs together to get different flavours
