Mexican syns- salsa, sour cream, ainsleys mexican rice

Hey everyone, I don't usually post a mixture in one thread but I'm at a friends and they are cooking burritos. I've managed to sneak in the kitchen and spy whats cooking. I'm just stuck on syns for these... I don't feel comfy saying I'm dieting else I would

Discovery salsa..
Discovery sour cream
And ainsleys Mexican rice

Salsa is usually 1 syn per tbsp and Uncle bens mexican rice is bound to be similar and thats 1.5 syns a serving Not sure about sour cream sorry!

Thanks for replying hun. X I had a tsp of soured cream. So hopefully I've reduced any damage.

Neither are listed that I can see in my 2012 book so 1 syn for every 20 cals x
