Hi there,
Little bit about myself. I'm 27 yrs old from London and I currently weigh a startling 216.6lbs which puts me right in the obese BMI chart. (NOT!!!....GOOD!!!)
I am a serial yo-yo dieter. For example three weeks ago I started the lipotrim diet and lost 23lbs, but recently I've become so sick and tired of the flavours that I completely went back to eating solids. I had a big binge but since the start of this week I've been really good and now I've gained 4.4lbs of the weight loss back...which I fully anticipated but still find devastating.
I'm hoping that regular exercise and portion control will eventually give me the 130lbs figure I desperately desire. I'm so sick of dieting I just want to eat without worrying about gaining.
I've begun this thread to help me monitor my eating habits and pinpoint the places where I go wrong. I used to keep track on my calendar but it didn't give me the second opinion I look forward to getting on here. Maybe you guys could suggest some things to help cut back my sweet tooth cravings
Thanks for reading!
