I did this the last time - just for myself to look back at what I have eaten and compare it to that week's weight loss.

I am on day 30 of SS (100% except one day when I had a protein meal), but will start my diary from yesterday because that is weigh day. So, I am going to list everything I eat.

Food planned for only one day - 3rd July which is my daughter's 18th birthday.

This is one of the hardest days I have ever had on CD!! I am so hungry. I don't know why because I have been in ketosis since about day 3 and never been out of it. Just all of a sudden I am starving. I have had some cheese becasue it is the safest thing I have in the house. Everything else is carbs. I was going to try to cut back on mousse and bars but just felt the need to eat so much I had a mousse tonight.

Today was OK. I was occupied all day with my friend who leaves on Monday so when he ate I just had my tetra and drink. The only problem is, is that I can't drink water when I go out. It's not that the water is difficult to get down, it's becasuse I will never be off the toilet and if I am shopping or driving etc and I can't find a toilet - then I am really up the river without a paddle aren't I? Had a litre before I went out and had a couple of coffee's whilst out. No more weekends out with him again now :( :( :( so will be on top of the water on weekends in future.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm prawns - you know me and prawns :). If you aren't hungry, don't have them. Wait until you are hungry and you will enjoy them more.

It's hard Shanny. I am struggling although haven't cheated apart from the little bit of cheese the other night and my planned protein picnic last week. I have never been out of ketosis but am so hungry. I just want to eat, you know, move my mouth and chew!!! Glugging the water down, think I am going to drown soon.

Mia i see you are back to Turkey again id love to go in october but then heard it goes quite??

Yes it does get quieter but it's still good :). I have been a couple of times in October, the beginning and the end. The weather at the end wasn't too good but I expected that and didn't go for the weather anyway. Depends on what you are looking for and where you are planning on going I suppose. I HATE MYSELF. I have been struggling for days now with hunger. I have just sat and ate a full tin of PEK chopped pork. I opened the tin, knowing exactly what I was doing, and enjoyed every mouthful. I feel sick I am so full. It was the best thing I had in the house ie. non carb as I was looking for minimal damage. I WANTED toast with butter and knew I was going to eat something, so ate the meat. I wanted to 'chew' so I had a bar first. I have been trying to keep off them as much as possible but just needed to eat. Does anyone understand this feeling or is it just me?

Did I enjoy it? Yes
Do I feel full? Yes
Do I feel good? No
Do I regret it? Yes

Tomorrow is going to be hard again, I have tasted food and that is the beginning of a downward spiral for me. I want to cry. I admire anyone who can do this 100% for 100 or so days.

posted on your other thread but forgot to add, it could of been worse, you could have had something really fatty and full of carbs but you didn't :)

Hi - yes, nice and sunny here too but I'm at work anyway so makes no difference :)

Hahahaha - yeah, I like to see it colour coded so I can see at a glance what type of CD I've had. Like if I have loads of bars, I don't seem to lose. Just makes it a bit easier to see
