Hi all started ww 3weeks ago since Monday but didn't really get into it so yesterday was my 1st day tracking everything I eat and drank.
i have to say when I was pointing it looks as if I have eaten alot so ye might have a look for me please.
i have just finish on lipotrim I started on 5/9/12 and stopped on 12/12/12 having loss 4st7lb I have put on 5lbs give or take so I am staring at 12st2.5lbs as of my weigh in yesterday .

I have been so bad today I've eaten just over 1/4 of a cheesecake make with Philly light and condense milk no idea how to pro point it if anyone can tell me I would be grateful thank you

Oh I am so tired today awake most the nite with pain in my back. Hoping this won't put me off today and I forgot to make chocolate chip muffin for my little girl for school today. There was uproar as she is special needs and couldn,t understand why I hadnt it done it. Hope this isn't the way the weekend is going to keep going

My son is the same, if somethings not happened what he has been told will he will go nuts and doesn't understand why!

Hi Hon, menu looks fine. have you got an app for your phone which will sort you out points wise. I have a 25 yr ols son with special needs, entertaining;). Brightens up every day!!

Hi scoobysue what is the app that I am looking for as I got one and looking for my monthly membership details which I don't have also does anybody know what the pro points for a chicken jal frezi from the Indian as I can't find it thanks
 
I only have the one that works out the pps for food but think the one thats all singing all dancing is ultimate value app ...or something?

Dont get disheartened, that'sxacbag and a half is sugar! You had a couple of rough days ( cheesecake) so good loss and a sustainable one with real food :) xx

Thanks loopylorns must pull myself back into line had take away last nite because i was in a mood. Wouldn't mind but I still cooked a dinner for the kids so no reason not to cook for myself only laziness is all I can say right have to get back on track :ashamed0005:
 
The last few days have been bad today has started the same. Omg since I finish on lipotrim I am looking for cheesecake all the time well I made my last one last nite that's it no more since I came home from the school I've had 2slices before I came on here. Come on me i need to get back on track or all the weight I lost before Xmas will be back on
 
Please tell me more about this cheese cake!!!
