Hi all started ww 3weeks ago since Monday but didn't really get into it so yesterday was my 1st day tracking everything I eat and drank.
i have to say when I was pointing it looks as if I have eaten alot so ye might have a look for me please.
i have just finish on lipotrim I started on 5/9/12 and stopped on 12/12/12 having loss 4st7lb I have put on 5lbs give or take so I am staring at 12st2.5lbs as of my weigh in yesterday .
