Mid Afternoon Energy Dip............

Part of my new approach this time round was to identify my energy dips and when i am most likely to reach for the biscuit tin.

One of my bad times has always been around 3pm whether it be i am home all day or just back in the door from the school run I always find my sugar levels are low an no matter how good i have been all day it is usually undone in a matter of minutes.

So............ I have just had a lovely stodgy sweet bowl of oatso simple porridge with cinnamon........... 2 minutes in the microwave with skimmed milk. ONLY 4 POINTS ON WW

I think most people suffer from an energy slump at that time of the day to some degree & I like your suggestion :D especially nice on these cold miserable wet afternoons...

I do low carb and dont get that energy slump but if im peckish ill have some cheese :)
