Mid week WI results

    Because I am having a problem with sticking to CD for a whole week at the moment, I have decided to see my CDC twice weekly. I saw her sunday and have seen her again this evening and the result is....................I've lost 4lbs in those four days!!! wooohoooooo!!!!! :)

    Very good loss... :D

    It can be a very good thing seeing your cdc more than what you should ive gone from every two weeks to weekly and sometimes only 6 days in between keeps me focused

    WQhat a great idea Wabbit - I have not ever thought of this when weeks are tough. Sounds like you have a lovely CDC too, who is supporting and spuring you on :) 4lbs in 4 days is great - Just think 1lb a day!!! By Christmas you'll be wasting away! :) Hugs x x x
