I am doing well. Sticking to it nicely and enjoying it. I actually have little lunch boxes now. That helps me to stick to it, as I always have something to nibble on.

I love peanuts and have to stay away from them lol

I have the same peanut issues. The hot chilli kp ones are my downfall.

My WI is a Thursday, so I promise myself loads of things on Friday, just in time for the weekend! lol!

Think I'm doing ok this week. Hoping I've lost the 2lb I gained last week - will find out tomorrow anyway. *gulp*

Doing ok so far. Still not completely in ketosis from my bad weekend but sticking rigidly to it and just carrying on. OH! CC! I'm sure you'll be fine for tomorrow. :)

I'm just hoping against hope that I get back into the 12 stone bracket by monday, and I'm taking my little one swimming tonight so I feel quite sick with nerves! lol. I'm worried someone might phone green peace to come free willy. :(

I am surrounded by germs and sick people , OH is still really sick (since last thurs) and now my youngest is permanently sneezing in my general direction!! I have Aunt Irma on the way any moment and having the raving nibbles!!
Trying not to eat extra thick double cream straight out the tub at the moment!!!

I might treat myself to a cocoa mim with a blob of cream and some s/f syrup later. Not anticipating a loss at all this week thanks to the chaos but still plodding on anyway!!

Won't be losing anything this week due to the bread bun, soup, and bowl of chips I've had over the last few days. Weighin tomorrow for the bad news. Ive been ill though and needed comfort, just looked for it in carbs. Naughty Rach!

Just not convinced that ketosis actually equals weight loss... I've been in ketosis for pretty much all the 5 weeks I've been on diet and it's been stupidly slow... Sometimes I only eat about 700 cals and 10g carbs and still nothing shifts ... I must be doing something wrong... Am thinking of trying the fat fast to see what that does to my metabolism... Has anyone tried it?

Oh Tesco do a bag of small bags of peanuts (30g each) I think it's 6 bags in the pack good for limiting yourself!

I'm doing good. Very optimistic. I want my century badge within a couple of weeks. I got to 99 pounds before totally messing it up with 2 months of madness.

Should be back to about 88 by Saturday...

I think I will actually try half ground almond and half flax tonight because the one I had last time was a bit bitter. It might have been the ground flax mix I used (flax, walnut, brazil nut & Q10 mix)
I think also 2 spoons of splenda rather than one and I used a generous heaped teaspoon of cocoa...maybe even a table spoon would bring it out better x Gonna try later as I need to splurge tonight!

Alpaca, less than 1200 cals a day is starvation mode in the average adult female. You're probably grinding your metabolism to a halt

I think I'm so petrified that I'm going to over eat and I do find Atkins easy to do with hardly any cravings or hunger ( unless I'm watching a cookery program!) lol ... So I have one (sometimes 2) egg mixed with a bit of water scrambled in morning - with bacon if its the weekend, then maybe 90g smoked salmon or the same of chicken breast for lunch - sometimes with a small handful of salad and then meat and either veg or green salad for dinner with some flaxseed - milled- sprinkled over ... At the weekend I probably have about 1,200-ish cals and about 12-15g carbs... Sometimes buy cream cheese and double cream at weekends - which does take cals way up! Lol

Not sure if you're eating enough! It's strange but the more I eat the more likely it is that I'll lose! 20g carbs is important!

Ah... Ok thanks Ranch... I'll re-visit my diet and up the intake! It just feels counter-intuitive! Lol :)

I know how you feel. I've stalled the last few weeks and only managed to lose 11lbs since March - 2 of which I put on last week!

I've been eating loads and tonnes of greasy food and full fat cream this week, so I feel like I should have put on loads of weight, but I'll let you know tomorrow as its my WI.

Think eating less stops the losses, and not drinking enough water.

Yep - you definitely need to eat if you want your body to feel safe enough to let go the storage!
