Milie1988's Food Diary - 57lbs to lose!!!!! :)

Well my first day on SW was yesterday so without further a do - here's day 1.

Breakfast - 28g of ready break (HEX B) with skimmed milk (HEX A) topped with chopped banana.

Strawberry Muller light with a cup of decaf tea (skimmed milk from my HEX A)
Banana

Beans on toast (HEX B)
Cup of decaf tea (milk from my HEX A)

Salad (lettuce, cucumber, spring onions, green peppers) Tuna (in brine) with balsamic vinegar, baked potato with 20g of cheese (4 points) with spicy cous cous.

Mango.

I underate with my points but I'm looking at it as an average of 70 a week so hopefully I can make up later in the week.

I'm also trying to drink at least 2 litres of water a day!
