Milk or laughing cow

Sorry if this has been asked before. Im new this week to EE and wondered how others do their HEX's. I've had my milk allowence as my HEXA but fot lunch i want laughing cow triangles on my jacket spud so would you guys syn then or not bother having them?

It's entirely up to you! No right or wrong answer. If you want to have them then syn them - that's what your syns are for. Or have something different on your jacket.

Probably a 'tweak' however if I haven't used all my milk allowance I often have a laughing cow cheese triangle or two to make up my healthy A!

what do you mean by tweak?

'tweak' = when you change something to fit when it might not actually be the right way to do it!
