I love chilli and use a delicious syn free version! Better than any other if tried

Packet of Extra lean mince
Beef stock cube
Onion (cut the size to your personal preference)
2 cloves of garlic
Red chilli - finely chopped
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp paprika
Dash of balsamic vinegar
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
400g passatta
1 tin of kidney beans
Red pepper (cut size to your personal preference)
Green pepper (cut size to your personal preference)
Sweet pepper (optional)

1. Fry the mince in Frylight with the finely chopped garlic, the onion and a crumbled beef stock cube until mince is browned.
2. Add the fresh chilli, chilli powder, cumin and paprika do the spices coat the mince.
3. Add the passatta and the drained kidney beans, glug of balsamic vinegar and glug of Worcestershire sauce and stir well.
4. Add your chopped peppers and mushrooms and simmer for 30 mins.

You can always add more or less spice depending how hot you like it.

I serve mine with boiled rice, side salad, syn free homemade potato wedges, and half a raw sweet pepper that I put ontop of the rice and then pour the chilli over the top.

It's amazing, had it the night before last and last night I had the left overs heated up and poured over a jacket potato with salad
