i usually buy 500g packs so half it in 2 so you have 2 250g portions then half them in 2 so you have 4 125g portions.

i would point 125g of lean minced beef at 5points, just bulk it out with lots of carrots and onions and add some chopped toms and passata and chilli powder yummmmmm......5points
