What do you do to keep yourself motivated with weight loss?

I have mini treats lined up for each mile stone I reach

My first one i have reached and it was to purchase this bag

This was for losing my 1st stone.

I've wanted it for months! am finally allowed myself to ordered it last week!

My next mini goal will be to lose another stone - as i will be near my goal weigh then i think i'm going to treat myself to a new outfit (hopefully in a size ten!)


What does everyone else do to keep going?

I need the little treats to look forward to, to keep me going! I think when I reach half a stone, I'll get myself a haircut, then once I reach a stone, it'll be a new pair of shoes or a dress or something. Haven't worked it out totally yet, but I'm definitely like you, I need stuff to look forward to otherwise I just want to give up! :)

I think once I can fit into a size 12 on top n bottom then I shall buy myself a size 12 bikini for my hols in November!!
U do need stuff to look forward to.
In the meantime to keep me going I like to have a nice glass of wine x
