    2 med eggs 4
    caramel 5
    gfy cajun fettucine, salad 10
    chicken breast - 4, 1 rasher lean bacon - 1, bns chips, free veg ratatouille
    apple, banana, 4 tangerines
    oops- another caramel (shouldn't keep chocolate in house) 5
    Total: 35 (1 from weekly)

    Thanks clarri, liking the new propoints, loving the fact that I have to check everything to make sure its counted properly. You still not to sure about it?

    Not questioning you, but I noticed that baked potatoes are a LOT higher, perhaps because of what happens when it is cooked. Just saying. Hope you dont mind me saying.
    All looking good there though.

    Thanks Clarri, do you mean I've underpointed them? I took the points for them out of the wee book in my folder. Sure it was 1pp for 50g raw weight.

    Feeling a tad rough today after night out last night, food choices not been good but still pointed.

    B: 2 tangerines, banana, bunch grapes

    S: time out x 2 fingers 4, 2 pkts velvet crunch 4, pink and white 1

    L: 2 sl med bread 4, 2 rashers back bacon 2, 1 egg 2

    S: pkt special k bites 3

    D: WW cottage pie 5

    Well here I go again, kinda lost control after my at home WI - STS. Been looking at why I've since went off plan - I've felt out of control.

    Felt I was doing great last week with propoints, checking everything before eating, so don't get why I STS. Been busy Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, not been at home, unable to keep food diary up to date and I feel once again out of control. Funny how simple thing like not updating food diary plays with my mind, so I'm back to keep me on straight and narrow.

    Unfourntunatly sometimes life has this repeating habit of getting in the way!

    Why not try buying yourself a tiny little pocket food diary so when you out and about you can keep on track?
