    So with out further ado, I present you...... my food!
    After a couple of weeks with STS and a bit of a, what shall we call it... an emotional re-awakening, I have decided to post a food diary here. I do not attend class any more (haven't since August) although hoping maybe to in the new year.

    For now, any one who chooses to read my diary and comment will be my 'C' and I will love you for your help :)

    Weigh in day = 6 lbs off! :wee:

    Breakfast
    Pear
    Grapes
    2 x Chai tea 1 syn for milk dashes
    Glass of NAS juice

    Lunch
    Fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk (HexA and HexB)

    Dinner
    Franks and beans!! (Sausage and bean casserole) 2 x Sausage = 8 Syns

    Tea ??
    Had an early dinner and was a bit peckish so had:
    Oatso Simple (HexB)
    Water/Milk (HexA)
    Sweetener
    Mixed frozen berries (helped cool it down and easier to eat :p )

    Snacks
    None!
    Total Syns 9

    Franks and Beans
    2 x can chopped tomato
    1 x can baked beans
    1 x can berlotti beans
    1 x can butter beans
    Softened red and White onion
    Oxo cube and worcester sauce

    Bung it all in a casserole dish. I added 2 cooked sausages per person. Cooked for about an hour stirring halfway through. SW wedges with paprika, hot chilli powder and fry light.

    Loads left so making a bean cottage pie topped with swede and carrot for either tomorrow or Mondays dinner.

    Thank you charleybabes! Was well chuffed with that loss, took me to my 4 stone :)

    The chicken dish is from the100 extra easy days (although I weighed my chicken to make it green) and is so easy.

    Have taken a pic of the recipe and attached. If not readable let me know and I can type it up :)

    Just in case it doesnt look right in the attached, here is mine :
    Boil rice, grill some chicken and tear into pieces.
    Grate some ginger, crush garlic, add both with chilli and some Chinese 5 spice to the rice and wok. Cook for 5 mins
    Add chicken, spring onion, mushroom, shredded pak choi, peppers and bean sprouts. As much soy sauce as you want. Cook for 10 mins till veg is as soft or crunchy as you want. You can add egg but I just didn't have enough room to scramble it in my wok!

    Made with Hot Water! (was nice actually, made it taste a bit like weetabix/porridge done with hot milk. Made all the fruit softer too, needless to say, Nommed down quickly!)

    Graze Smoky red pepper Gazpacho dip with wholemeal crisp bread slices 3 Syns

    Current addiction..... MIKADO!!! OMG, the hazelnut ones are gorgeous! I like the White chocolate ones but the hazelnut ones are currently in my drawer at work screaming for me to eat them! Ha ha

    Current total today is 4... Max I will eat is 6 *she says...*

    i bought 2 boxes of them yesterday as they were on offer and ive only had four so far.. i cant stop thinking about them.. i know they are in my understairs cupboard calling me!!!...
