Mirror Recipes Syn Values?

Hi all,

I am going to be rejoining group on saturday and am buying all the recipes books in the mirror from saturday 3rd till tues 6th. I was hoping to start planning some meals ready for next week but the recipes don't include any of the syn values. At first I thought they might all be free but then some have mayo and ketchup in them and I remember from last time that these had syn values.

Can anyone help?
