    monday 14th july
    breakfast :2 slices of weightwatchers bread toasted =1 points

    dinner: weightwatcher chips=2points
    weightwatchers fish pie =3 points

    snacks:weightwatchers cakesx2 =2points

    total 8 points
    left over 10.
    (1st day after changing from cambridge diet)

    exercise=15 mins on treadmill
    10 mins on bike
    10 mins crosstrainer
    another 10 mins on bike
    swimming 30 mins.

    tuesday 15th july:
    breakfast=2 slices of marmite on toast=1 point
    lunch=dessert=3points
    dinner=ww mini pitta bread=2 points
    tesco lighter chicken biriani=7 1/2 points
    tescos lighter curry sauce 1/4 of jar=1 1/2 points
    tescos lighter trifle =3 points

    total 18 points.
    none left over.

    exercise=15 mins on treadmill
    10 mins on bike
    10 mins crosstrainer
    another 10 mins on bike
    swimming 30 mins.

    wednesday 16th july:
    breakfast=2 marmite on toast =1 point
    lunch=trifle =3 points
    dinner=curry =8points + chips =2 points
    snacks=trifle= 3points
    tesco lighter mini roll=2points

    total 19 points
    1 point over!

    thursday 17th july:
    breakfast=2 marmite on toast,ww bread=1 points
    lunch=2 trifles = 6 points
    dinner=curry= 8 points
    chips=2points
    snacks=trifles x2=6points
    chocolate roll=2points

    total=25 points
    7 points over!!!!

    exercise=15 mins on treadmill
    10 mins on bike
    10 mins crosstrainer
    another 10 mins on bike
    swimming 30 mins.

    lunch=ww soup=2 1/2 points
    1 slice ww bread 1/2 point

    snack =ww chocolate mini roll=2 points
    trifle=3points

    dinner=chilli with potatoe wedges=6point
    chips=2points

    total 18 points
    left over 0

    breakfast=2 slices ww toast=1point

    lunch=2 slices ww bread=1point
    1 tin ww beans = 4 points

    dinner=tesco light choices chicken biryani=7 1/2 points
    ww chips = 2point

    snacks = cd trifle = 2 points

    total= 17 1/2 points
    total left 1/2 point.

    another 10 mins on bike

    breakfast consoling myself after weigh in today 2.5lb gain!)

    ww chocolate brownie x2 2 points each=4points
    tesco light choices crisps=1point
    tlc cranberry biscuitsx2 1point each=2points
    3slices ww bread=1 1/2 points
    tin of tlc beans=2 1/2 points
    ww curry=4 1/2

    total 15 1/2points
    left over 2 1/2points

    breakfast: oats so simple=2points
    lunch:4 slices of bread with salad in =2 points
    dinner:tlc chicken tikka massalla=8points
    chips=2points
    snacks:1 chocolate brownie=2points
    1 tlc biscuit =1point
    1cd trifle=2points
    1 tlc crisps=1point
    1 tlc biscuit=1point
    total=21points
    3 point over +3 :-(

    exercise=15 mins on treadmill
    10 mins on bike
    10 mins crosstrainer
    another 10 mins on bike
    swimming 30 mins.
