ProPoints Miss Jelly's 2011 Food Diary!

Hello :) So, I'm feeling pretty motivated right now and all set to finally lose everything I have left till Goal!

But, I've noticed something I have a problem with (other than food lol)

I THINK I'm eating the right foods but clearly I'm doing something not so good or I'd be losing weight better than I was. So I'm starting (and finishing) this food diary - and I'm hoping that if anyone notices a big problem that I'm not, please tell me so I can rethink things sooner rather than later :)

So I'm restarting this as.. I couldn't remember what day 'day1' was. Also, didn't have a PP calculator til now so... off we go! I have 36 PP a day o_O that seems like a lot!

Sunday 23rd Jan - 28/36

Breakfast - Wheaties + semi milk - 5PP

Lunch - Pasta + 1 rasher of bacon, spring onion, mushrooms, green beans, baby corn, tinned tomatoes, knorr stock jelly - 5PP

Dinner - Sausage and Mash - 7PP

Snacks - 2 fromage frais - 3PP
Rice crispies + semi milk - 5PP
Orange juice - 3PP

Breakfast - two slices of that farm bread stuff with butter
Lunch - Homemade pork korma with mushrooms, onions and potato
Dinner - 2 quorn sausages with mash and gravy

Snacks - 2 packs of quavers, 2 shape yoghurts, apple,

Drink - squash x 4

I have no idea what the points are... really need to get into the habit of pointing on the go...
