:eek::rolleyes:1st weigh in tomorrow and drank far tooo much in the last week

Meal Planner for tomorrow:

Breakfast : Strawberries, Blueberries and Yoghurt

Lunch: Tuna Steak, King Prawns, Boiled egg and Salad (lettuce, carrot, radish, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, beetroot)

Dinner: Roast Pork, Broccoli and Carrots,

Extras:
Hi Fi Bar (HEB)

Slice Of Wholemeal Bread (HEB)
Cheese (HEA) (cheese on toast for suppper if hungry)

Syns: Gravy ??

Updated Food Diary....

Weighed in today at 0.5lbs lighter, not good but considering my week, i'm pleased it wasn't a gain. Have bought the 12 week countdown no so MUST prove i can do it.

TUESDAY 02.06.09 - RED DAY

Lunch today: Barbequed Tuna Steak, Barbequed Chilli King Prawn and Red Pepper Kebabs with Salad (lettuce, spring onion, tomato, radish, beetroot)

Dinner: Roast Pork, Ratatouille (tinned toms, basil and oregnao, garlicl, red onion, green pepper, aubergine, courgette)

Extras: HEA Cheese
HEB Hi Fi Bar

Syns: 6= glass dry white wine
7.5 = 28g Pork Crackling
13.5 Syns in total

Wednesday 03.06.09 EXTRA EASY

Brek:
Green Tea with Cranberry
Strawberries, Blueberries and Fat Free Natural Yoghurt

LUNCH:
Bacon, Cheese and Potato Cakes
(mash potato withfat free cottage cheese and chives, cripsy bacon, spring onions and HE Cheese) Coat in beaten egg and grill until browned
Salad: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Carrot and Beetroot


Dinner:
Chilli Con Carne and Rice
Lean Mince, garlic, red onion, green pepper, tinned tomatoes, red chillies,chilli powder, cumin, oregano and basil
Boiled Rice

Extras
HEA Cheese
HEB Hi Fi Bar

Drinks, Water and Green Tea

Thursday 04.06.09 red day :D

Brekkie:
Strawberries, Blueberries and Natural Fat Free Yoghurt

Lunch:
SW Quiche
(bacon, broccoli, tomatoes, red onion, spring onion, cottage cheese with chives, eggs,) Served with Pickled Beetroot

Dinner:
Chicken Kievs
Chicken breast filled with mixture of Quark, Chopped Garlic and Basil, covered in breadcrumbs. Served with Roasted Veg (carrots, aubergine and courgette)

EXTRAS:
HEA - CHEESE
HEB - BREAD FOR BREADCRUMBS (WHOLEMEAL)
HEB - HIFI BAR

Lunch: Scrambled egg and mushroooms on toast

Dinner: Liver, Sausage and Onion Casserole (oxo stock, garlic, sage, chopped toms)with Carrot and Swede Mash, Vanilla and Choc Sprinkle mullerlight

Extras: Hifi Bar (HEB)
Slice of Wholemeal for Toast (HEA)

Syns: 15 apprx for 2 Lincolnshire Sausages..(high syns but very yummy from butchers)

Brekkie: Galia Melon, Raspberries and Blueberries

Lunch: Batchelors Pasta n Sauce, Chives, Quorn Cheese and Leek Sausages x 2
Mullerlight

Dinner: Roasted Pepper stuffed with Rice, Tinned Tomatoes, Garlic, Chillies, Sweetcorn, Peas and Spring Onions
Dragon Fruit and Satsuma
