Thought i would start this food diary so i can see if and where i go wrong. Have been away all weekend so need to get back on this and need the motivation.

Breakfast:
WW yogurt
Strawberries
Banana

Lunch
2 x Wholemeal bread (hexb)
Lettuce leaves
Onion
Chicken
EL Mayo (2syns)
Butter (3syns)

Dinner
Pasta
Cheese (hexa)
Condensed Tomato soup (6.5syns)
Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper, onions)

Snack

Strawberries and banana.
Diet Pepsi


Total syns: 11.5
 
Dreading my weigh in tomorrow because of the weekend i had! Bleurgh i just hope ive lost a little something.

No healthy extra's today so i dont know if that is bad but too late to eat now! Fingers crossed for tomorrow. x
