missdaniello's diary - advice needed! EE

Hi there, I'm new here and a little unsure of what I am doing lol! I am starting SW tomorrow for the first time! EEEK! Did my food shop today, and done a lot of research and have decided to keep a food diary to keep an eye on how I'm doing.

Here are my meal ideas for this week -
Breakfast:
28g Rasin wheats/honey nut shredded wheat (HEB) with milk from HEA
Mullerlight and fresh fruit
Scrambled eggs/Poached eggs on bread from HEB
Scrambled/poached eggs and spaghetti hoops
Omlette of some sort

(Are these all free/use HEXs)

Lunch:
Chicken or tuna past salad with lots of salad veg, extra light mayo (1syn?) and fat free fromage frais
Heinz ravioli (2.5syns)
Jacket pot, tuna/chicken/spaghetti hoops/beans and salad
Sandwich with bread from HEB, tuna/ham/chicken/cheese from HEA with extra light mayo (1syn)
Uncle Bens express mexican rice (2.5 syns) with cheese from HEA grated and salad (this is actually one of my favourite snacks/lunches so am very chuffed to be allowed it on SW
Pasta with boursin light sauce (HEA) and salad/veg

Dinner:
Birds Eye Bake to Perfection salmon (free) with new pots and either veg or salad
Birds Eye flaming hot restaurant favourites (not sure on syns for this but I know its lower than the hunters chicken which is 4), jacket pot or rice and vegetables
Jacket pot as above
Smash SW Pizza
Free spag bol or chilli
WW Chicken hotpot with vegetables (6.5syns)

Snacks:
Sugar free jelly
muller lights
quavers
mini milks
fruit
Fudges

What do you all think? Or any further ideas?
 
Right, so yesterday all in all I had:

Breakfast:
Muller light
Fresh fruit - strawberries, mango and pineapple.

Lunch:
Tuna salad sandwich using bread from HEB
Extra light mayo - 1/2 syn
1tsp light spread - 1 syn
Handful of grapes
1 17g bag of quavers - 4 1/2 syns
Sugarfree jelly

Dinner:
Birds eye bake to perfection salmon
New potatoes
Lots of salad
Balsamic dressing - 1 syn
Tiny bit of light spread - 1/2 syn
Boursin light – HEA

Snack:
Mugshot
Fudge bar – 5 ½ syns

Total syns: 13/15
Syns left for the week: 92/105

I noticed that the breakfast wasn't enough for me so will defo be having more from now on or something more substantial.
