Missed a shake

Really couldn't face my last shake last night. Woke up still feeling grotty but I'll have to force it down me. I hate this cold!:mad:
I wouldn't miss any shakes, the calorie intake in this diet is low, 400 per day, enough to keep your body ticking and burning the excess fat, you don't want to go any lower than that:D

I know but I felt rotten, think Id have vomitted if Id tried to force it down. Feeling a little betta today

Just keep at it, you will get there, it's going to be an amazing journey. I am slower than most on here but that doesn't worry me:D

Yes, 400 calories a day, amazing isn't it?
I don't feel tired at all, just feel cold most of the time and thirsty:D

Determined Bev - so sorry your not feeling well :( as Dolphin said it's not a good plan to miss a shake but if you can't face it then not to worry. Try to keep having 3 a day if you can though as you really don't want to drop a large chunk of the calories :) Keep your chin up hun and keep going!

I am gagging on my 3rd but it's going down eventually x
