    Hi guys.
I normaly have a very regular monthly cycle but am now quite a few days late. I took a pregnancy test just in case but it was negative. I had all the pmt as usual but nothing started. Has anybody else experienced this?

I did when on CD, but recently had coil put in so all over the place with them at the moment! When you think about the hormones with such a change in calories (the effects on hair it can have ect ect) I put it down to this.

Yes, I had an extra period when I first started. My LLC said it's to be expected when you lose weight fast from your stomach area, it messes with your hormones! So I wouldn't worry x

Thanks for the reassurance. It's great to know I'm alone in this!

That happened to me when I started Exante. I was 6 weeks late! But then I had one and it was really heavy. Now they are back to normal though.

I should think they'll settle down again soon. Probably our body's way of protesting against the extremities of this diet! :) x
