    (B) Yoghurt

    (L) 28g Weetaflakes (HEXA&B), S/F Jelly, apple (1/3)

    (D) Jacket Potato, Tuna & Salad (1/3)

    (S) Jam Dohnut = 12.5

    I know it doesnt look a lot today but things have been a little hectic and I havent had much of an appetite! xx

    (B) 2xWeetabix (HEXB) with Mullerlight Yoghurt.

    (L) Pasta salad - pasta, ham, peppers,red onion Apple (1/3) and S/F jelly pot.

    (D) jacket Potato, ham, baked beans & Salad (1/3)

    HEXA milk in coffee throughout the day

    (S) Sugar in coffee = 3
    Butter on jacket Spud = 3
    28g cheese = 4

    (B) 28g Weetaflakes (HEXB) & Milk (HEXA)

    (L) Tuna Sandwich (HEXB), Yoghurt, Apple.

    (D) Ham & Onion Omlette.

    (S) Sugar in coffee = 4 (hate using syns on sugar but have no sweetners left!!!)
