hi all anyone know the syn value of the
mission deli mini wraps can find the normal size ones but not the mini ones

These are 10.5 syns each for the large ones. Not sure about the small, maybe you can try the snackulator tool on the SW site for a general idea.

I would imagine they are at least 6 syns each anyway.

look at calories for the whole wrap and you can work out using 1 syn = 20 calories as these will have no free food allowance.
