Hi, I've been a member of SW for nearly two years and have lost just over two stone. I'm trying desperately to lose a last half stone before I'll be really happy but it's hard. I know my downfalls and I know I should exercise more..........same old same old! Hoping for some encouragement, tips, magical willpower to stop those 'just after weigh-in binges' that creep up on me......anyone got a magic wand?!! I didn't even know this site existed! So here goes.....
