jacket potatoe beans and cheese (hex a)

DINNER
beef savoury rice with asda meat free meatballs

SYNS NOT COUNTING THEM TODAY AS WI DAY AND FEELING ABIT HUFFY WITH THE DIET (LOL)

cadbury twirl
a couple of gin and slimline tonics
