lost 2 1/2 lb this week, which im happy with, i wasnt very good on my 1st sliming world week, mainly cos i didnt understand it very well. I assumed the more healthy extras the better as they were called healthy lol opps. but 2 1/2 pounds is really good for me. I wanna be realistic and I know things take time. I wanna keep up 2lb a week until i turn 22, which is 3 stone 6... i know i said i wanted to be realistic, but maybe with the power of possitive thinking!

im gonna post here every tuesday, hopefuly it'll keep me on track xx

Well done....that's fantastic, you are obviously doing something right. If you need any advice this site is great and you don't normally have to wait to long for an answer. If you are unsure you could always post your daily menus for people to look at and maybe you will get some suggestions.

Stick with it and you will get there!! :)

SW is hard to get your head around at first, so well done honey!! It took me a couple of weeks to get the hang of it, but it is well worth it!!

Well dne mIssy I have also set myself a challenge of 2lb per week for 6 months... some weeks I lose more some slightly less but over all I am ahead of my target....

You need to be positive! Keep up the good work!
