One pot should last 2 weeks on one mousse a day. Yummy!

I can't do mix a mousse! After many disasters with it i gave up! It is quite fiddly though isn't it? It always seems to stick round the side of my mug rather than mix in.

    I've never been a talented cook! :p

Does it list the ingredients on the pot? Just wondered what was in it.

Thanks Jane! So would Gelatin that you can buy from the shops be exactly the same?

    Probably not.
this is cold water soluble, albeit fairly reluctantly so. Most shop stuff is only hot water soluble.

there are other threads on here about using it successfully but to recap
    1. mix the mousse powder with the shakes powder
2.add cold water & mix with electric whizzer for at least a minute.
    3. pop in fridge for 10 mins.

if the resulting mousse is firm & fluffy you've done it properly ,if its all froth on top & liquid below then it wasn't whizzed enough.
