mix and match - cambridge & exante

currently doing cd ss+ happy to carry on as have a great counsellor, she has agreed to sell me less each week but obv would not comment on Exante.

as well as my 'meal' each day thinking of mixing

day one 2 cambridge, 1 exante
day two 2 exante 1 cambridge

etc etc(would be just 1 bar a day)

have chosen exante as it seems nearest to cambridge in terms of nutrients/vitamins, plus i love the toffee & raisin bars(tried a friends) and seems more filling than cambridge bars plus bars bigger than slim & save.


my only concern is whether the exante bars may effect my ketosis
