Mix and match?

Hey all, I've been doing SW for 8 weeks and have a little question!
Can I mix and match my HE? So instead of 1 full one, have 2 halfs? Example; 1 HEB is 2 weetabix OR 60g wm bread.... Could I have 1 weetabix and 30g wm?
Or 15g cheddar and 125ml semi skimmed milk?
Just realised I've been doing this :O and probably should have checked. I just had 125ml skimmed milk on my weetabix and 100ml of Choc oatly and counted 1hea and thought I should probably check!
Sorry if it's a bit rambley, may be over explaining myself lol :D

Thank you Jezzi, I didn't even think of looking there. I tend to pop on there, note my weight loss and then come back to Minimins :D
 
I do it quite often, like tonight I had 2 laughing cow light cheese triangles and 20g of low fat cheese for my HEA and for my HEB I had 2 ryvita and one hifi light.

I am so happy you said this! I was wondering the same and I'd had 2 cheese triangles and couldn't face having 3 more so had some milk instead! Phew!
