Mix to Max - Diary of Princess Sausage

Well, I am going to go public with my Mix to Max diary. I have lost 5lbs in the last couple of weeks and hope to lose a lot more. I lost six and a half stone around three years ago with Mix to Max and I am going to post my fooddiary each day.I do 10-15 syns in the week and up to 20 at the weekend

Monday 23rd March

Breakfast (neutral)

2 slices nimble bread (h/e b)
1 teaspoon maple syrup (1 1/2 syns)
1 teaspoon very lf spread (1 syn)
sliced banana on top

1 navel orange

cup coffee with milk 250ml semi (h/e a)


Lunch(green)

SW Quiche- made with s/corn, eggs,cottage cheese,quorn sausages.

Dinner (Red)

Salmon - roasted and cooled
2 Joes sausages cooked and cooled

I have never tried mix to max but seeing what you eat it looks easier than I thought.

having a good week this week. Did have an extra muller and an apple today and I usually limit myself to 2 mullers but thats ok. Got lots of milk left for a milky coffee later on

Gem it's so easy. Just choose your 2 healthy a and b's, snack on superfree and have three meals a day red or green and syn for that colour during the meal!

That looks really good Princess Sausage. I'm glad you've directed me to this :) I'm not quite ready to do it yert...I want to get into my size 14's and then make the change. I shall be watching you thread though to get to grips with what you do.
