Does anyone remember the mix2max plan that was with the Success Express plan in that separate leaflet?

I seem to have lost mine, but I really enjoyed doing this on those days I was busy at work and needed two HEx B.

Is it choose green or original at each meal. Count the higher syn value. Eat only super free for snacks. 1 or 2 Hex A and 2 B's and usual syns? Is that all?

If anyone can help I would be grateful. I've tried doing a search but nothing is coming up.

I enjoyed doing that too but they dont mention it in class anymore. Sucess express was a good one too
